Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for Armed Response Officer. The Armed Response Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our company assets. This individual will play a pivotal role in upholding the security and integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Use surveillance equipment to monitor arrears for suspicious activities or unauthorised access.

Respond swiftly to alarms, security breaches, and emergency calls.

Assess situations and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of personnel and property

Maintain proficiency in the use of firearms and other security equipment.

Prepare detailed incident reports.

Requirements

Matric

Valid Psira: Grade C

Valid Driver’s Licence

Relevant certifications in firearm competency are a must.

Proven track record in the role armed response officer

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Rosebank. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with selling of finance products (banking and Insurance) to prospective clients. The Sales Consultant will be required to work collaboratively internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met and exceeded. The successful candidate must be customer-focused and problem-solving oriented.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
  • Must be FAIS Accredited (essential)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Financial Reporting Accountant located in Rosebank. The Group Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting and drafting of financial statements for the Bridge Taxi Finance group. This individual will work closely with other members of the finance team to analyze financial information and make recommendations for improvements in areas of reporting, analysis, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements for the group and all statutory entities
  • Dealing with budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Dealing with group consolidations
  • Assist with the compliance requirements as set out by the relevant acts governing the company (including the Companies Act and the National Credit Act)
  • Maintain and enforce accounting & financial internal controls
  • Preparation of audit files for the annual statutory audits.
  • Ensure that supporting documents are stored according to company governance policies
  • Month end reporting of inter-company balances and transactions
  • Any other duties within the role as may be required from time to time

Requirements

  • Qualified CA(SA)
  • 3+ years post articles accounting experience
  • Highly proficient in Caseware Software
  • Proficient in Excel, proficient in other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint), as well as cloud computing.

About The Role

The purpose of the role is to maximise cash collection from minibus operators financed by Bridge Taxi
Finance, prevent debt from ageing and ensuring the Active Client Management process is applied to your
portfolio of clients. You’ll engage our customers to negotiate payment, whilst maintaining customer
relationships in support of the operations of the client. You’ll need to facilitate the resolution of a range of
customer and industry related queries and help support the customer in operating optimally, thereby
ensuring the ability of the customer to settle his obligations in terms of his credit agreement with Bridge Taxi
Finance.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for working a portfolio of customers through Active Client management and implementation
    of tactical campaigns in order to ensure client performance in line with the Bridge requirements
  1. Work to agreed quality standards and within agreed timescales
  2. Developing and maintaining your specialist collections, industry, business and system knowledge
  3. Balance debt collection with efficient customer service
  4. Ensure Bridge collections policies and procedures are adhered to.
